Recently, S.C won the bid for the workshop-level TOPCon solar cell PE-poly core manufacturing equipment and other types of equipment for the North China base of the world's leading PV enterprise. Up to now, S.C has successively got the bids and repeated orders from many global leading PV enterprises, and customized production lines for customers based on the PE-poly technical route. The bid-winning products include a full range of processing equipment as well as screen printing equipment, serving customers' N-type TOPCon solar cell manufacturing bases at home and abroad. So far, the annual production capacity of the PE-poly core manufacturing equipment provided by S.C has reached 100GW. This indicates that the PE-poly technology route developed by S.C has embraced an open and ecological environment featuring continuous R&D and mass production with the advantages of friendliness, high efficiency and low cost and the characteristics of continuous in-depth development process, and has become a mainstream platform for vigorous cost reduction and efficiency improvement of N-type TOPCon solar cells, steadily contributing to speeding up the promotion, transformation and upgrading of N-type technology in PV industry.

The PECVD (Poly-Si) equipment developed by S.C is a core manufacturing equipment for TOPCon solar cells, which integrates multi-layer complex films coating such as tunnel oxide layer, Poly layer and doping layer. The direct coating process of PE-poly route fully ensures the directional growth of each layer in the same vacuum state, and the interface of each film layer is compact, which is conducive to the improvement and stable control of the electrical performance of cells; The in-situ doping process of this route can not only achieve high concentration doping, which contributes to thinner Poly layer in the future, but also adapting to the slurry of the low film layer, providing a wide space for efficiency improvement and cost reduction in the future; At the same time, the production line of this route is convenient for daily maintenance, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of the equipment and its operators, maintenance-friendly and time saving.
